Financial Analysis and Support
- Produce annual budgets
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income/expense statements, general ledger details
- account receivable and payable reports.
- Work with the company’s CPA to successfully organize and file all tax documents as needed, including annual
- statements and employment.
- Internal accounts payable team including receiving and verifying invoices, verifying insurance and W9 forms
- coding and paying vendors.
- Internal accounts receivable team performing entry-client invoicing, billing, mailing and posting, credit to
- proper accounts and deposit preparation.
Human Resources
- Descriptions and classifications, organizing personnel files and making sure they are current with the required documentation.
- Assist in finding and implementing employee benefits, including health insurance and 401K plans
- Reorganize and realign internal departments and line of reporting
- Review and write policies and procedures manuals.
